Dialogue That Makes a Difference – Timeout Method Seminar and Training
What if discussions didn’t lead to confrontation but to understanding? What if people didn’t talk over each other, but actually listened?
Timeout is a dialogue method developed in Finland that helps people from different backgrounds meet, share experiences, and explore important topics – with trust, calmness, and equality. It’s more than a method – it’s a shift in mindset: from talking to listening, from persuading to understanding.
Timeout dialogues are now held across the Nordic and Baltic countries and are used to strengthen communities, develop organizations, and humanize societal debates. More info on Timeout dialogue website.
