On 12th November 2018, prior to the announcement of the best restaurants in the Baltics at Tallinn Creative Hub, there will be a world class seminar program featuring speakers from the global hospitality world.

Speakers from the Nordic include  Argot Murelius (USA/Sweden), Anya Seeberg Liaaen (Norway), Virginia Ann Newton (Denmark) and Ragnar Eiriksson (Iceland), the head chef of Dill – the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Iceland.
