The organisers of this conference chose current issues of law and the economy (including insolvency) to discuss the Baltic Sea Strategy of the European Union as they felt that these issues are of key importance in boosting welfare in the region.

The Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Estonia is supporting the organisation of the conference.
