You Are in Control is an annual international conference held in Iceland, which studies the development of the digital industry and creative economy in general (music, media, art, design and the games industry). Organisers and participants are looking for new business contacts and outlets, but they also share their success stories with others.

Representatives of Estonia also take part in the event this year. Chief organiser of Tallinn Music Week Helen Sildna and CEO of Hill & Knowlton Estonia Villu Arak will speak at the conference.

Promoters of Nordic and Baltic creative economies will meet for a contact seminar the day before the conference where they will look for new opportunities of cooperation and share experience. Grete Kodi, Adviser of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Estonia, will also take part in the meeting.
