ScanBalt Forum & Biomaterials Days 2009 Finished

The 8 ^th ScanBalt Forum and the 3 ^rd Biomaterials Days will be held this year from 7 to 9 October in Kalmar, Sweden. The first time the forum has focussed on environmental science, it will go under the title “Restoration of the Baltic Sea: Limitations and possibilities”. The organisers are inviting scientists, politicians and entrepreneurs to take part in the debates and discussions at the event in order to boost cooperation related to the restoration of the Baltic Sea at the local, regional and national levels.
Participants from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland can apply for up to 600 EUR in support from the organisers covering attendance and travel costs. For more information about the event and the conditions for support, click here .
