Göte Ask'spPhoto exhibition of Gotland's stone wallsA photo exhibition of Gotland’s stone walls by photographer Göte Ask will be open to visitors from 10 October at the Narva Youth Centre. The exhibition will be introduced by the Nordic Council of Ministers’ (NCM) Office in Estonia and the Embassy of Sweden in Tallinn.

The photographer about his exhibition: “Over the last years I have photographed Gotland’s stone walls. For this exhibition I selected pictures that are mostly taken in the spring of 2008. Before retiring I was working as a teacher and, among other things, supervised courses on documental photography. I have also worked as a civil servant in the field on culture. Now I have a dog who has taught me to smell the flowers.”

Narva Youth Centre has been spreading information about the NCM Office in Estonia since years. The photo exhibition is also part of marking the 20 th anniversary of NCM Office in Estonia. Ask’s exhibition has been shown in Tallinn, Valga, Pärnu and Tartu before.
