Contact info: Triin Oppi (triin.oppi@norden.ee)
Creative Hotspots is a one-day event looking at new business models in the creative industries. In the spotlight will be information technology, new media, fashion, design, film and music.
We will be looking for answers to the questions:
– What new winds are blowing in creative companies in the digital age?
– What new laws and business solutions do companies need in order to expand?
Success stories and experience will be shared by:
–
Skype (Estonia),
–
Rovio (Finland – the company behind the popular iPhone game
Angry Birds),
–
Audioboo United Kingdom),
–
Jenny Tooth (experienced investor from the Angel Capital Group),
–
Jeremy Silver.
Feel free to come and listen to the talks, which will be given by leading people in their fields. You can also take part in workshops and share your own experience. The creative industry and developments in it form one of the most important areas of cooperation between the Nordic countries.
