The programme supports children and young people’s own projects and seeks to strengthen their organisational skills, influence, and participation in political, cultural, and social activities. The target group of the programme is children and young people up to the age of 30.
Norden 0-30 supports projects with partners from two (2) or three (3) Nordic countries, but co-operation with Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia can be included in the application.
