The Tartu County-based printing company Ecoprint successfully completed an audit by the official Nordic ecolabel Swan in April which recognised that its production processes and products conform to the ecolabel’s standards. Ecoprint therefore has the right to begin marking its products with the Swan logo – confirmation anywhere in Europe that the product is environmentally friendly.

“Being awarded the right to use the Swan ecolabel has been one of our objectives since we started up our environmentally friendly ‘Green Publication’ product group,” explained Juhan Peedimaa, the director of Ecoprint. “We’ve been expanding over the last year and found ourselves new clients in the Nordic countries. We hope that being able to use the label will boost our reputation in their eyes.”
